Don’t get me wrong…

I absolutely adore my Grandmothers.

In fact, they were some of the most influential people in my life and continue to inspire me long after they passed away. They taught me the importance of cultivating resilience, how to love across the miles, and opened my eyes to the beauty of our environment.

However, it was modeled to me that the body is separate from the mind. And that nutrition has nothing to do with the spirit.

Throughout my formal education and experience working with thousands of clinical and corporate patients - along with my own fair share of life’s challenges - I eventually discovered that nothing could be further from the truth!

In fact, if you truly desire to feel well in the body and allow the wisdom of nutrition to move you towards your most vibrant and healthy self - you absolutely cannot ignore the connection to the mind and spirit.

Which is why I’ve worked diligently to cultivate an integrative framework for Mindful Nutrition that helps bring all of the pieces of YOU together.
