My holistic approach to wellness is centered around assisting you with discovering your potential to thrive in every aspect of your life. And along your journey - you get to be met and supported exactly where you’re at.
As a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist, I spent decades in clinical settings where clients were defined by a diagnosis and in most cases, cookie cutter wellness models were applied. Sadly, that approach often fell short in meeting the unique needs of those individuals.
That’s why I’m a fierce advocate of creating bespoke integrative wellness strategies that take ALL of you into consideration. You don’t need to settle when it comes to feeling your best. It would be my privilege to help you reconnect with your light and discover a whole new way of achieving your goals!
